- Initiate and implement core principles to foster every stage of child development including the intentional creation of educational environments, the integration of highly trained adults, and the implementation of interventions designed to enable independence while advocating for a strong connection to the child’s environment.
- Consult with schools to create a school-specific MBSS team, providing evaluation tools, training, and interventions for best aligning with pedagogy, diverse learning styles, and behavioral and emotional needs to holistically support the whole child.
- Deliver dynamic and frequent assessment of the environment and the prepared adults to meet each child’s unique needs while also evaluating the child’s learning and behavioral profile to foster a strength-based approach to education.
